Ringbrothers will unveil its own version of the De Tomaso Pantera -- the ADRNLN -- at the 2013 SEMA Show that is set to take place on November 5 - 8, 2013 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The ADRNLN’s design is the product of the collaboration between the custom vehicle builder and billet parts makers and Nike’s skunk works team. The ADRNLN is powered by a Wegner Motorsports LS3 providing up to 600hp mated through a ZF five-speed transmissions from Bowler Performance Transmissions featuring a B&M shifter.
The Pantera boasts of a signature roar emanating from a duo of Flowmaster stainless steel mufflers while Royal Purple synthetic oils keep everything running smoothly. The ADRNLN rides on a set of HRE forged wheels wrapped in Nitto tires. The vehicle’s stopping power is all provided by Baer six-piston calipers at each corner of the wheels.
Providing the Pantera with the signature Ringbrothers look is its steel monocoque body finished in BASF’s Glasurit 90-Line paint system. The body likewise features subtle design cues like small wheel flairs and custom rocker panels with brake cooling ducts. The vehicle’s engine bay also received some accenting through products from Hose Candy.
The ADRNLN is based on a 1971 Pantera that Mike and Jim Ring saw. The Pantera is owned by Randy Brickle who was diagnosed with cancer and who passed away before the shop working on the car could finish the project. After his passing, his wife Cheryl continued Randy’s dream and Cheryl was referred by a friend to Ringbrothers. [source: Ringbrothers]
