IND Distribution shows off BMW X5 M variant

The M-series models from BMW are good examples when it comes to performance and balance. Balance is not only important when driving on the racing circuit as it is just as significant when it comes to design. Take the case of the X5 M SUV from BMW. While it does display high-performance and a large size, it does not appear to be over-the-top. It is with this philosophy that IND Distribution made sure that its upgrade program for the X5 M would not remove the model’s identity, resulting in a version that is clearly extraordinary.

There is no doubt that when on the road, the IND BMW X5 M exhibits more charisma, power, and aggressiveness. However, all the upgrades done had purpose and were refined as they complemented this model’s exterior and interior.

While the standard version is equipped with the 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, IND Distribution made sure to give this one a boost. The resulting ESS software tune resulted in power deliver way above the 567 horsepower in the standard version and thus offered better acceleration. IND Distribution also installed the Eisenmann Black Series full sport exhaust system and two Eisenmann downpipes to ensure that gases are expelled much more efficiently and that the sound produced is clearly meaner.

The bolder look begins with the front fascia where the combination of the RKP Carbon Fiber lip pair and bumper inserts together with the IND Black Chrome grilles resulted in the front having a presence that can be described as more dominant. Meanwhile the exhaust tips in Black Chrome on the rear integrated with the RKP Carbon Fiber rear diffuser, hinting at its performance values. Helping this version get that darker touch are the painted roundel in the rear, painted reflectors in the front, the trunk badge, and the IND Black Chrome side grilles.

Rounding off the upgrades are the D7 Velos Designwerks wheels fitted to the X5 M. Having 10 spokes and striking aesthetics, the wheels can fill perfectly the model’s massive fenders. To guarantee that handling will never become an issue, the brand offered a KW Variant 3 coilover configuration which allows for a sportier and lower stance.

To sum it up, what have been added are the RKP Carbon Fiber front lip, rear diffuser, and bumper inserts. The exterior also has the IND Black Chrome for the trunk badge, side grilles, and front grilles. Meanwhile the reflectors in the front are IND Painted while the rear roundel comes in IND Gloss Black. For the wheels, the company used the Velos Designwerks D7 with the suspension having the KW Variant 3 coilovers. And for the engine, the ESS Software Tune was done and there are now the Eisenmann downpipes as well as the Eisenmann Black Series sport exhaust with the tailpipes in Black Chrome.
