Bengala Automotive builds carbon-wrapped Ferrari F12 Caballeria

Any Ferrari creation is considered a unique car. That includes the Ferrari F12berlinetta, a front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer that made its debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show, replacing the 599 series grand tourers.

Named "The Supercar of the Year 2012" by the Top Gear magazine, the V12-powered F12berlinetta is really an exclusive and unique car. But European design house Bengala Automotive felt it needed more.

Bengala Automotive is inaugurating its new Privilege Program with the launch of the F12 Caballeria, which is basically a bespoke carbon fiber custom vehicle derived from Ferrari F12berlinetta.

This auto design house just thought that the Ferrari F12berlinetta is not unique enough, so it is expanding its exclusivity by wrapping it in carbon fiber and providing with more aggressive lines derived from Ferrari’s GT3 cars. This is furthered by the fact only 10 examples of the bespoke F12 Caballeria will be made by Bengala Automotive. These 10 lucky customers will have the privilege of being the first members of a more exclusive club in the guise of the Privilege Program.

Production of all 10 examples of the new F12 Caballeria will be completed by summer 2017.

While the F12 Caballeria looks more menacing and more aggressive than a conventional Ferrari F12berlinetta, it remains unclear how bespoke this custom model is in terms of weight, or how powerful it may have become. In October 2015, a lightweight, track-focused version of the Ferrari F12berlinetta – the F12tdf -- was unveiled, with only 799 examples planned for production.

Compared to the standard F12berlinetta, the F12tdf is around 110 kg (243 lbs) lighter. While the F12tdf is powered by the same 6.3L V12 engine that powers the standard car, it is now more powerful with 574 kW (769 hp) of output and 705 Nm (520 lb. ft) of torque at its disposal. The F12tdf is capable of sprinting from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.9 seconds and from nil to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 7.9 seconds. It has top speed of over 211 mph (340 km/h).

Shoghi Saeidnia, Bengala founder and chief executive, remarked that uniqueness is a state of mind in most cases, which is why they offer customers an interpretation of their desires, according to their dreams. He called the new Bengala F12 Caballeria as a unique piece of design and engineering.

Bengala’s Privilege Program provides members with exclusive access to its future limited edition projects, as well as events and private viewings. Likewise, the program gives member a first choice option before it releases new designs onto the market.

Press Release

European design house Bengala Automotive introduces its brand new Privilege Program with the launch of the F12 Caballería, a bespoke carbon fibre creation based on the Ferrari F12 but sporting more aggressive lines inspired by Ferrari’s own GT3 cars.

The project inaugurates the Bengala Privilege Program with ten specially-made Caballerías: their lucky owners are automatically entered into the exclusive club, joining like-minded people sharing the same passion for individuality.

Bengala CEO and Founder Shoghi Saeidnia says: “in most cases, uniqueness is a state of mind; we bring to our customers an interpretation of their desires, based on their dreams. Put it simply, we mastered and created a unique piece of design and engineering, the Bengala F12 Caballería, and ten special individuals earned it.”

All F12 Caballería production will be completed by summer 2017.

The Privilege Program gives instant access to Bengala’s future limited edition projects, along with events and private viewings, with a first choice option to its members before new designs are released onto the market.

Projects are limited to 5-10 units each, and only one a year is planned.
