Revozport does the 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG

Article by Christian A., on December 28, 2012

Revozport has created a totally new aerokit set for the new W166 ML63. The stock Mercedes-Benz ML63 is already the fastest and most good-looking version ever since the ML range was launched. Apparently, Revozport thought that its new turbo v8 with 525hp engine needed a boost to reach an output of 600hp.

The ML63 was equipped with a new carbon induction system, engine management mapping and a completely new titanium exhaust. It elevates this SUV to reach new levels of speed with its 600hp output and the roar from the 6kg titanium exhaust. Revozport refers to this package as the Rezonance ML.

Among its highlights are a new double deck carbon fibre front splitter, 30mm wider carbon over fender kit, and a set of bespoke 22” forged alloy 13J x 335 tires. The rear gets a complete 3 element diffuser in carbon fibre and a trunk roof spoiler.

The vehicle keeps the AMG exhaust tips but the exhaust system is now complete Titanium. It also gets the carbon mirror cover and front grills as standard. W166 ML owners may submit a special request to be given the Rezonance ML63 complete aerokit as a bespoke program.

The latest Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG debuts new equipment and designs which convey utmost dynamism, atmosphere as well as emotion. The powerful appearance of the V8 flagship model proves its undeniable AMG identity. The ML63 AMG differs from the other M-class entries in so many ways. For instance, the Mercedes star sits in a unique radiator grill featuring louvers that have a high-gloss black finish and three chrome trim strips. An optional Intelligent Light System (ILS) is also available to further improve the look of the clear-lens headlamps.

Unmistakable appearance with AMG body styling

The body styling of AMG features a more expressive front apron equipped with three outsized air dams. It also highlights a matte silver chrome trim strip at the apron’s bottom part which provides contrast and visual link to the background of its LED daytime running lamps which are incorporated in its outer cooling air intakes.

It also has two angled struts in its front apron which emphasizes the overall width of the vehicle together with the front wings which are AMG-specific. Its elegantly-styled light alloy wheels are also increased by 10 mm and its V8 BITURBO logos suggest extraordinary dynamism.

Looking from the side, the sill panels are very evident as it links the front to the rear visually. Its rear aprons also echo the front end’s style that features large and simulated air openings, a set of angled struts, as well as matt silver chrome trim strips at the car’s bottom, providing it with an impressive aura. The same goes with the LED fiber-optic rear light units.
