TopCar unveils the 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo Stinger GTR

Article by Christian A., on June 7, 2014

After it presented the Vantage GTR Cayenne and Stingray GTR Panamera, TopCar did its thing on the brand new 2014 Porsche 911 (991) Turbo. As you can see from the photos, the transformation of the German coupe is quite dramatic and includes new front and rear bumpers, a new front hood, extension of the elements of doors, extended rear fenders, new side skirts as well as a new rear spoiler.

According to TopCar, all the elements of the kit are made from carbon and Kevlar by vacuum forming. Under the hood, there is the standard 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine with direct petrol engine that generates 520 hp.

Bolted to a PDK transmission, the 911 Turbo accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds, while top speed is limited at 318 km/h or 197.5 mph. For those who want even more, they can get the 911 Turbo S, which is powered by the same 3.8-liter that generates 560 hp.

This model accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.1 seconds, while top speed is limited at 318 km/h or 197.5 mph.

In Germany, the standard Porsche 911 (991) Turbo S is priced at 195,256 euros, while the 911 (991) Turbo costs 162,055 euros. TopCar will unveil the new 911 Turbo Stinger GTR this summer at the 2014 Moscow International Automobile Salon.
